A few months ago i read "99 things to do before you die".

Needless to say...it can definitely stir the imagination...

And raise the bar on what one can do in a lifetime!!!

My list however will need to be completed sooner...

As in...within the next 15 months sooner!:)

Why? Well, because it's a 30-before-30 list!!!

{yes...this will be the last year i'm in my 20's!:((}

When making such a list...i wanted to make sure...

That whatever i included, that it was within the...

Same direction that i want my life to go.

{flexibility is also key...as there will be roadblocks}

Creating & achieving my list is about deciding...

What i really want & taking the necessary steps...

To setting the goals. {this i have done & this i will do}

Dear Teacher-

My kids can't express enough how much...

They thoroughly enjoy doing their homework.

Each & every night we have a routine...

Like clock-work...they both sit at the table...

Straight-up, pencil in hand, ready to complete...

I'm sure you've heard just about every excuse...

In the book to date and this just adds to those.

But i will vouch for the incident & say it REALLY did occur.

Our "Tonka"...our sweet little frenchie...

Ripped to shreds a few pieces of those papers.

This excuse really would have to be explained.

I grew up in a home with a LARGE tree out front...

In a neighborhood where you could roam free.

Our neighbors knew our names...

We knew the ins & outs of their homes as they did ours...

And selling lemonade on the weekends was the norm.

These childhood memories i have...

I want my kids to have...to get to experience...

And treasure as i do.

To look back & reminice on the old days...

The good days that use to be...oOo the past!!!

To have a home that's warm...that's safe...

That's inviting for all & welcoming.

This home we have...this home we're leaving behind...

And we're about to journey across country.

We've debated...we've discussed & we've decided it's time...

I swear it so, this is the soul reason why...

I tend to stay up sooo late at night...

Only to wake-up a few short hours later groggy...

As a parent...we are ALWAYS on our toes...

Ready to take on anything at any moment...

But when your childs health comes into question...

And you are sitting at the hospital wondering...

Pondering...at a loss for words & can't help...

That's when you feel trapped.

It is the WORST feeling in the entire world...

To see your child gasping for air and not able...

To give your air to them...not able to assist.

Well...when i wrote the post about my son...

We had already been on 48 hours and no change.

I marched into the hospital that day & demanded...

To speak to the doc on duty...as i was going to...

Have my son transferred to another hospital.

Well...luck should have it that we were assigned...

To a doctor coming from Seattle Childrens.

Within the next 24 hours...my son did a complete 180.

His stats got higher...to the point where oxygen...

Wasn't needed 24/7 and his IV meds could stop.

With yours and many other prayers for my son...

I believe it was possible...as he is now home.

To the future we look...with a care plan in effect.

As my son is in the hospital yet again.

He is having issues with his asthma and can't breathe.

Little man is getting good treatments...

But nothing is working and we need to find out why.

Pray for him and that we find the cure.
